There is no real system for that. The most are things like AW's sex moves, which describe feelings. Or Bacchanalia's fictional inputs, outside of the character.

ERP is best when the rules stay out of the sex. What else you want depends on your kinks.
For instance, a system with a decent social combat system and soft or hard mind control can get some people off, while transformation or physical modification can do for others.
Although if you care enough you can do it in any system. But again, the most important thing for ERP being fun is keeping the rolls away from the sex.

Create Water in the Pathfinder system is a cantrip and able to be used without any limits.
This means that you would be able to feed yourself and another for an unlimited period of time while adventuring.
An entire species of these lactating creatures would also be difficult to stop because they would require no farming or other agricultural efforts.
With all of their physical needs fulfilled by their own body, that would mean they would spend all of their time and effort on other forms of industry and culture.
Hell, they could even be a net exporter of food without trying because each creature would provide twice the amount of food they need.
