Is this some kind of experimental army? They try all the miscellaneous weird shit the other AdMech factions come up with.
New power cell design needs field testing? Give it to the QA army. This plasma lobber artillery? QA army. Corpse starch flavor packet? QA army.
Lots of little, unusual technologies. Not necessarily liked by the traditionalist AdMech factions but useful because of it.

There is a huge failure in the workflow of this process. It is highly inefficient. From a fluff and reading standpoint, good. However when it comes time to roll, it would be beneficial to show a single table of dice groupings, I have already done this for you. Now sequence of rolls can be compared to tables for rapid mustering of Skitarii Army forces. Remember, logistics win wars.

As you see I have created a suitably mundane and functional army. However...IT IS NOT OPTIMIZED. There is no single entry on your table that cannot be rectified by a 1d20, or total conversion to 1d100.
