She hates the conspicuous, scabby scar that runs the length of her ear from when she had to sew it back together, mostly because of the memories it conjures. Though as a matter of principle she refuses to cover it, even though she covers most of her other conspicuous scars with makeup.

My character would like to stop his flesh rotting away. I personally would like to lose some weight(which I'm working on) or stop my hair From thinning but that's unlikely

My character has a missing arm, so there's that. But that feels obvious and doesn't say much about her as a character, so I'll say her hands. She's nice looking enough and proud of her heritage, but her hands are the tough hands of a warrior. Little reminder that she doesn't quite fit in to her old noble life and couldn't go back if she wanted to.

Lose weight

I dated this girl for several months (well, no scars and kickboxer rather than knight, but same personality). It was mostly just kind of...there was an odd duality of relationship with her body for both of us. She enjoyed her athletic capabilities but she felt like she was a bit daintier inside than people took her for (big ethnic Swedish blonde farmgirl from rural MN), while I was both attracted and at the same time able to think "wow, she could really do me some damage if she felt like it". Women must have to think that about (male) partners a lot of the time, but I don't think most of us have experienced it. I certainly hadn't.

She's a Muto Corpus specialist (Ars Magica), so I don't think she's all that worried about it. Easily handled. I could see things about her physique she'd like to change for internal reasons; she's small enough that fights are mad scary and alcohol is overwhelming.

Trivial to make temporary tweaks as you need them but one of the subtler limitations of hermetic magic is that making any lasting change to your body requires keeping spells up permanently and accumulating more Warping that translates directly to years off your life. The maga who's vain enough to keep up her perfect bod at all times, even just in front of the grogs, is kind of a tragic figure.

Still the size thing shouldn't be an issue. It's what, a level 15 spell to make yourself size 0 or +1 for any day where you expect danger.
