It begun as a joke session. I had that one page game saved in Veeky Forums folder and It kinda went downhill.
We added new stats, a few new tools and now the party is basically running modern warfare3 except It is now an anime with underage girl operators, flashing underwear and shooting bad guys.
I mean, I realize Tactical Waifu should not be anything more than a one shot pretzel&beer adventure but here we are anyway. 5 person group of grown up people being colorful little girls with guns

Anything can be a system as long as you assume a role, then put stats and/or chance determiner.

So as long as you create fake persona with your mates and play rockpaperscissors to decide the order, gang raping becomes a rpg, I'd say the larp kind. A tabletop system doesn't require you to be in character all the time but you actually have to sit down around the game master.
I guess that with enough work you can ground the victim to the table/ floor/whatever you play around.

Also, someone has to get the food. For experience points If no one is willing.
