That description in the WHH page does not to me sound like any real true child of the King of Terrors. She's been udnercovered and underdeveloped from day one. You can recrtify that fact. What would Kiara be like? What sort of person would she be? A believer in justice? Antisocial to a fault? You supposedly know Konrad's character better than anyone, surely you can find some answers to these questions that are not just waifushit and memes. It's not going anywhere. It's gone everywhere it could possibly go. The Curzefag has left (because it didn't get its way because everyone wanted Giant Amazon Musclegirls) and this will die an unlamented death soon enough anyway. It was tried before, and that project ran its course well enough. It doesn't need a revival by someone as fucked as the Curzefag.

Hardly. There's been a few who were slightly above average both in terms of writing skill (The Writer ILikeCommas was the best) and art (The artist of these pics was probably the best one to draw for the setting), but the project has long been dead. Somewhat of a shame in that a number of characters were never given any coverage and remain just sketches of characters.

Is it dead because there's no interest or is it dead because no one will write for it? I like writing, and I considered writing some stuff for it a while ago (got the reboot thread up and everything) but then life happened and I never had the chance.

Both, really. There was a major hatedom for the WHH series for a long time, with some sperg named Sage the Crusader bombing every thread that so much as mentioned it. That hatedom is gone now, but the legacy of it is that no-one is willing to risk it and write shit for it. Again, the only good writer on the series was the writer of Bound Fate, and even he's long gone despite his plans for a big trilogy of stories. Might be worth looking at for inspiration as to what a good story could be like.

I'm all for stuff that portrays Primarchs and marines as monstrous freaks.

Though there's another problem that comes with this - the primarchs cease to really be primarchs. The major appeal of one is that they're monstrously strong demi-gods of war - but if she's the only thing keeping your battle forces going, you CANNOT risk her death. She'll be kept as far away from the battlefield as possible at all times.
