its not a correction or trend reversal. its a large scale attack. If anything what happened tonight is sort of good because it shows how quickly BTC can bounce back, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was the very same group of people that brought it back up. not just your average whale and his whale buddies. most likely major investment groups or possibly even governments at play here

no way, we're running into some support at 13k at least on kraken, idk about other exchanges, but this still isn't the end, closed out my short because I'm expecting a decent bounce off 13k support line and I'll open more short positions once we start to head back down. my alert is set for 11300, with an expected bottom between 11500 and 11250 range, which lines up with previous resistance/support and 50 day average, if we continue past that, next target is 10k, then 9k at 100 day moving average and previous resistance.

Below 14k could become a false breakout really easy given the prior 14k mark, and we already had a retest. It's going up but it could always break down. I just don't see the latter but you never know with stocks.

anyway, I see what you mean about that, resistance is really starting to build, kraken's order book has 400 btc to clear through to get to 12,100
the only thing I see is the test of 13k back on DEC 9th, but with a run up this massive, and a correction this over-due, I seriously wouldn't be surprised if we touched the 100 day at 9k or so. I don't think that will happen but if it does I won't be surprised. I'm just thinking of how overdue this is and how many weak handed newbies have gotten into crypto these past few months.
just remember, we haven't touched the 50 day support line since november 11th, and from that botton at 5500 we've had a %350 bull run

I think it might briefly go as low as 12k but it will be a really quick bounce. I just don't think the fundamentals of bitcoin have been discarded. On one hand I'd like to think bitcoin was driven by the young but a lot of old money is poking around in it lately.
