Monaco is about to lift off

Go into the exchange business. If your rich, you can become a sort of exchange like shapeshift and keep crypto decentralized.

Or you could just make a crypto pawnshop sort of business assuming that can be.

Dont care. Im looking to open a business. What type of sauce are must have?

Call it Harvery Weinstein's and have scantily clad girls as servers

I fucking hate wet wings

>people take and eat at...in car

what kind of uncivilized folk would do that? You'd get sauce all over your car shit for starters

I like BBQ

now that I think of it that should be a coin symbol name, let's turn this into a crypto thread

WingCoin?
When's the ICO I'll buy these tokens.

Sell low carb food, huge diet trend on that now. (wings included)

Just buy multifamily apartments. Unlike a resteraunt your business will not only 1. Not go bankrupt and 2. Its passive and you dont have to slave 100 hours a week until you inevitably fail, or if you're luck take home as much as a garbage man

Good idea. I want to just have a takeout type place. I will not hire any help till its up and going. But i like the scantily clothing idea for the female workers

Their twitter/insta is so hype

Depending on where you're located you're going to be looking at an empty pit to toss your money into.

Make sure you get a location that's easily visible from a busy street, check your local competition and determine what you can do differently. Make absolutely sure your buffalo and BBQ flavors are Kino those wil be your most consistent sales.
Make sure you have good kitchen practices and keep an eye on your kitchen make sure standards are good and don't let anything below perfect out of there.

Butter garlic

We’ll wing stop is one of the best most affordable franchises right now
However I’d advise against it. The price of chicken wings is skyrocketing due to a nationwide shortage and many Americans are turning to veganism so.

Alternatively a good vegan restaurant that offers fast food like food is a fucking genius idea

People think that's easy.
U are dealing with the worse shit scum tenants they break everything and as a landlord u got a shit ton responsibilities and liabilities you gotta spend a ton on repairs for those scum or they will complain etc.
Not to mention property tax and property insurance is super expensive for multifamily.

I have considered it. Im a handyman so i could do all repair and maintenance work. But properly is really expensive right now.

The majority of restaurants just fail. It's terrible, even if you've got a good idea, a good location, and food and prices that compete with the dozen other assholes selling the exact same thing.

Fuck niggerwangz. You want real estate.

this desu

>accept btc
>call it Wojacs Wet Wings

Have at least one gimmick sauce
Also give an option for boneless and bone-in

not a bad idea. go for it, but keep some money in crypto of course.

lemon pepper

>wet wings
what is hot sauce faggot?

There was a nigger that would go around my hood all the time called Chicken Wing Mike he was always trying to cater wings but the nigga looked like he hadn't showered in weeks and was ashy and shit.
He had his own flavors
Last thin I heard he got arrested for robbing and selling crack.

Mango Habanero is a MUST

Sell only one sauce and make sure it’s a good fucking sauce. Afterwards you can expand. Giving customers Too many options are a thing of the past and are a drain of money and resources for the restaurant. If you’ve never ran or know how to start up a restaurant you should hire a consultant otherwise you’ll be fucked

Post dick or get the fuck out, OP.

My dream wing place would have dry rubs like wingstop citrus pepper/lemon pepper/louisiana rub, normal buffalo wings, bbq wings and korean fried chicken like bonchon. Plus bulk fries like wingstop

>
>Mango Habanero is a MUST

This man speaks truth.

I disagree - you have to have the staple flavors for wings: Buffalo, BBQ, and at least 1-2 dry rubs like lemon pepper and/or just plain baked wings.

OP, there was a place like this where I went to college, need to make sure you're in an area that has a lot of people walking around to not just limit it to only driving in unless you plan to have seating. College towns would be perfect for that kind of thing, get close enough to where they can just walk/drive up and grab some wings, but no seating to not worry about waitresses and extra shit like that.

Thats why you get a loan, commercial down payments are like 30% I believe. If you served in the military you can get up to a 4plex for the same downpayment % as a regular mortgage. You said you made a lot in crypto so you should be able to secure the loan. With commercial they don't care about your finances, they care about the peoperty's ability to pay itself off. Loopnet.com is a good site, biggerpockets.com is a good community too.
You can hire out to a property management company, less headache for a little more money. On top of that, OPs first option was to run a resteraunt, I imagine that comes with significantly more stress.

Thanks. Im in a college town. This is good info. And everyone thanks for the ideas. I need all the help i can get. I know that its a gamble.

fuck you im hungry now

Don't rent to niggers and don't be overt about it

Thanks. I will give this serious consideration.. Lol

I have an important question for you, OP... Do you know how to make wings? If so, make sure you have at least one unnecessarily spicy meme wing for the idiots out there that love to eat painfully spicy foods for the novelty of it.

Damn, I went to look up that place to link you to it but it looks like it was bought out and is now a Zaxby's, that'd be the ultimate if you're in a college town, can secure the spot, and if there isn't a chain of it existing is to get a chain. That'd be a lot more involved though.

Its my plan if I make it in crypto, sit on that secure steady income for life with like an hour worth of phone calls a month. GL user.

I will have to learn howw to make them. Looks pretty straight forward. My plan was to just have wings and not sides to make it cheaper and easy. I mean i could have celery like the pic?

God bless you, OP.

Don't into restaurant. Ever.

Commercial real estate loans start at 20% down. Most likely backed by the SBA. You do not have a 30 year option, typically 10 on the bank portion and 15 on the sba, at which point the balance becomes due, so hopefully you have refinanced or saved a lot.

you don't need to learn how to make them. just hire a competent chef then you can add other things to the menu too.

Going to invest $800 in Monaco or SAFEX. I have a rule about my investments where I dont sell. Do you think I would make more gains in Monaco long term or SAFEX?

This OP. Get ahead of the trends and don't trade with emotions, and don't run businesses with emotions.

You can hate vegans but it's hard to deny that it's only picking up. You will make FUCKING bank by selling vegan wings. Look up some recipes and perfect it so that it's hard for anyone to tell the difference.

Im trying to stretch my $$

I can most likely buy the building up front. And i will have to do the work myself so i cant spend money on employee right away.

What country are you in OP? we have this guy in Perth Australia that started a korean chicken wing + Burger joint and he expanded to 7 lcoations in 2 years. He said the best thing he did was find some markets with a shit ton of foot traffic and low rent costs ( 2 days a week 100 a day) and make something thats actually good and sticks out from the rest. They did amazing chicken wings in fancy rustic little baskets and burgers with black charcoal bread. Fucking amazing and it's pretty iconic here now after 2 years.

Will look into it.

Im in usa

no shit, i love fucking love wings. you need the basic sauces that are everywhere (other places add a shit-ton of options, but if you are starting out then 6-8 max). You got BBQ, buffalo medium, buffalo hot, mango habanero, lemon garlic, . Then you have may have lessor known flavors but if done right can be your take off: sweet (honey) barbecue, garlic parm, spicy/hot garlic, teriyaki, some spicy east asian styled wing.

But you need at least one dry rub. Depending on where you are, usually the saltier the better. You make a dry drub one that you can bake (low calorie jk cuz not fried) then you'll pull in more suckers.
I think it is a great idea. If you have low overhead, advertise crazy early with specials, and can add on a delivery service later then that is key. Have one of those soda fountains that dispenses like 20 different types. Put yourself in a predominately black or or college neighborhood and you'll be good to go.

Are you serious? I have some experience.

Thanks. Yeah i was targeting a college area that is also primarily black. Buildings are cheaper also.

Are you gay, retarded or gaytarded?

Spend about three hours in the morning making as many wings as you can before lunch time. Stay open until you sell them all. If they're really good, you'll be able to sell all the wings and close early. The limited quantity will create scarcity and will make people want them more and the reputation that brings will bring in my customers. Just a thought.

Now thats a flipping good idea man! I dont mind working hard but i also dont wanna be there all night.

I enjoy having cajun spice.

I would just buy SALT.

Buffalo

this

actually can confirm op thats a legit good idea, good one user

Pizza hut here offers a regional deal of $.50 wings on Wednesdays. We buy 108 wings (6 tubs) weekly. They are massive wings as well.

Wings here cost $2.20lb and you get about 8 whole wings. That's 16 pieces or .25 cents a piece retail pricing. You should try offering discount wings instead of jewing people with that wing factory shit of $1 a wing

>hot sauce
What is reduction? What is dry rub? What is seasoning at all?

when someone comes in, the waitress asks if it's their first time their

if yes they get a red napkin

people with red napkins get the best service, the BEST

when they're done you go up, you ask them how they liked it. of course it was great. you say, fantastic

well, since you folks are so great, here's my business card and a coupon for free chicken next time (always free- people get addicted to discounts, but not to free)

>they come back a second time

hey welcome back! you have a business card? great! just keep that and we'll make sure it's taken care of at the end of the night

>owner comes out again at the end of second night

great thanks for coming back, you folks are so great, here, have a bottle of wine for the next time you come back.

>they come back a third time

now they're in your palm. no more free shit. statistically, people only have a less than 40% chance of returning to a restaurant after the first or even second time. but after 3 times? the chance skyrockets to 78% that they will come back a 4th, 5th, 6th time.

so for a free 12$ bottle of wine and chicken that costs you $6, you get a customer for life who will rave to all their friends

easy money

>slathering your wings with sickening buffalo sauce and dunking it in ranch/cheese

fucking muricans

>first time their

i'm retarded

buffalo wings when done right should be crispy

Trying too hard

Reminds me of this episode of the Simpsons

youtu.be/kFkrZAo7U-Q

Many wing places have like 20 different sauces

Look at Buffalo wild wings, Hooters, wing stop, twin peaks and ask yourself what you can do better

I've actually spent the last 8 years working with the food industry, doing everything from fine dining to corporate fast casual. If you're really interested in doing this and are looking for someone with experience I would be more than happy to do consulting on both the business and restaurant operations side if you' want to give me a way to contact you.

It's not that you have certain "types" of sauces.
Just have a TON to pick from.
And do Boneless Wednesdays and Wing Thursdays to keep the lunch crowd from local labor jobs. And do "Family Packs" and combos on weekend for the busy mom with 2 kids, or the working young couple with a baby.

Also, have some stupid kid menu shit like "all natural organic white meat chicken breast nuggets" to shit all over fast food competition. Imply heavily not that your food is "healthy" just that anyone eating else where is a shit parent. Works fucking wonders.

Do "milk shakes" and have them combo'd and pictures, or even a girl with big tits called the Shake Specialist or something. Huge mark up there, and you can pair it with super spicy or eating contest style wings.

Get involved with local schools, drop a grand or two for year books. Give a shitty 15% off coupon to students, or free tendie order to honor students. Shit like this is gold level marketing, a whiny smart kid dictates what's for dinner better than any commercial.

Last but not least, hire mexicans and blacks as cooks. They're cheaper and do a damn good job with this kind of food. But pay a little more and get a white manager and white night janitor to keep that place fucking spotless. It's hard to recover from a failed food inspection.

garlic soy sauce

I just went out and bought wings because of this thread. I hope you're happy OP.

if you want a high risk capital intensive investment just stick to crypto

Actually all pretty solid advice to be honest family

Damn, OP. Now I'm gonna order me some fucking wings tomorrow.

Hot buffalo

Oh yeah, and Teriyaki. .

You are a faggot of the highest caliber

honey garlic and mesquite bbq are mandatory, pleb

OP, can you please invent a sauce called "Pink Wojak Sauce". I don't care, just make it. You owe it to your crypto gains and you owe it to . Make Pink Wojak Sauce a sauce.

It's a cheap ass business to start, I know that. You basically need a fridge, and a fryer.

Then most places add anything else that can be fried. Fries, mushrooms, cheese sticks, things like that.

would you accept crypto as a form of payment for the wings?

Opening a restaurant is one of the worst businesses in term of making money for how much time you spend if you want to do it properly. You will be working 7 days a week when you first open and expect working 9-12 hours per day even if you open a restaurant only after 12pm. High turnover rates for employees and finding a decent managers is where you will be pulling your hair. And the customer oh good, they could either be the most satisfying part of the job or a nightmare. if its not a franchise people expect 120% from local business if you get a couple of bad reviews boom your resturant reputation is down the drain even if they are lying.
