/Thrifty/ general

Anyone else here interested in business/finance not related to crypto? I have a decent job but;
>shave with meme razor to save money on blades
>prepare all food at home
>drive inexpensive economy car that I fix myself
>live in a cheap place while saving for down payment
>sell old shit on eBay to make some cash
>work side gigs when possible
>lift weights and run in free time to stay Veeky Forums and it's cheap and fun

Next I'm interested in investing money in some healthy stocks or learning to say trade when possible.

whats ur job op

ISM at large action sports company

Why would you want to trade stocks? Crypto will actually make you more than 5% a year

That's some good shit boss, keep at it my dude

I'm old school, not a fan of hype or trendy shit

Yep, right here

>use spotify++ because I cba to pay $9.99 every month so drake can get his shekels
>constantly torrenting games, programs, and movies to avoid paying for them
>flip hype clothes on ebay and stockX
>do social media management: basically boomers pay me $250 a month to tweet four times a week
>make websites on the side, excellent source of income
>Run staircases at local convention center and lift with this weird weight-band that works just like regular weights as the weight changes with tension on the band, no gym membership

a bunch of other stuff too, when it comes to me I'll post it

/thrifty/ here
>luggage costs 50$ each way on flights
>just bring 2 huge carry-ons stuffed to the brim
>wearing 2 sweaters and a jacket above them with pockets filled up

also

>not have a cellphone plan for a few years
>be hard to reach but mysterious
>save a few k

I'm done school now and made some money on crypto and am getting a job soon so I've been scaling back my thriftiness to more reasonable levels.

Remember, theres no point to working smart if you aren't working hard too.

Good luck user

>>shave with meme razor to save money on blades
yes
>>prepare all food at home
mostly
>>drive inexpensive economy car that I fix myself
mostly
>>live in a cheap place while saving for down payment
yes
>>sell old shit on eBay to make some cash
scared
>>work side gigs when possible
already work 12h days and a few side projects which have the potential to make me money, but side gigs can fuck right off
>>lift weights and run in free time to stay Veeky Forums and it's cheap and fun
yes, and yes

Crypto is fun, but it's about the only game I get to play so I hope it stays for a while.

Why scared to sell on eBay? I'm a top rated seller now with 100% positive ratings, have very few problems with it.
Chicks dig that mysterious vibe too I bet
Can you teach us into social media management gigs?

Get out normie

yes im literally about to start selling a course on it; im the op in

Believe me I'm far from a normie
>tfw look like Chad but can't look people in the eyes
I'll check it out thanks user

I'm op btw on the phone now id changed

I’m the same. Chad on the outside sperglord on the inside.

Honestly razors are a hidden money pit. I bought a Vikings safety razor. It cost twenty upfront but the replacement blades are like .25 cents. I have to shave a little slower but I save a lot on razor replacements.

Also if you want to save money,

Don’t eat out. Get chicken, rice, and veggies of your choice. Healthy and cheap

thats literally what I do except I have 200k in crypto

No joke, I bought a 100 pack of feather blades 2 fucking years ago for $40, and I still have about 50.
>iktf
It sucks because people look at me, a tall handsome built blonde and have high social expectations that I definitely do not meet. Unless I'm drunk.

Same “good looking” Veeky Forums guy that could get any girl I wanted but I have no idea even how to talk to girls. I’m a fuckin lame

Only a min or a faggot would only make 5% in this post Trump market.

Tfw have my money in a robo advisor 60/40 stocks/bonds

What % will I make next year qties?

Bonds are for boomers you old fuck.

Not sure about the US, but I often buy pet vitamins for myself. They have lower costs, usually higher dosage, similar quality, and don't include bullshit fillers.

D3 supplement for my parrot works (parrot is noticeably more active and communicative, stops fearing strangers, etc), is cheaper and has actual D3 instead of D2 + some useless crap like ginseng extract or whatever.

I assume it's the same with drugs, although of course you need research, and I haven't been sick for a long time so I don't check.

Also OP, don't fall for the protein jew.

youtube.com/watch?v=hHrysja5lYw&t
Clarence is fucking vegan and doesn't even 2g of protein per kg of bw.

Dude, I am looking to make websites. I know how to and I'm from slavland so I can work for less. You could look for clients in burgerland, I could make the websites, we split the profits.

What does that mean anonfriend?

I am 27 and can save over £1000 a month, this seemed a wise thing to invest in to get some nice returns.

just buy crypto while it's cheap you stupid faglord, your gay stocks will never give you that amount of gains

i dont have any specifics, but AI, bio tech, Utilities, space industry

Not talking about crypto on Veeky Forums? What is this, 1997?

Go fucking kill yourself ugly faggot, god damn.

nothing wrong with bonds
interest rates are just too low atm

>shave with meme razor to save money on blades
don't shave
>prepare all food at home
eat mommy's food
>drive inexpensive economy car that I fix myself
don't drive a car
>live in a cheap place while saving for down payment
live with mommy
>sell old shit on eBay to make some cash
ya
>work side gigs when possible
ya
>lift weights and run in free time to stay Veeky Forums and it's cheap and fun
ya

Op here, haven't bought (((protein powder))) in years and gains are through the roof (paleo FTW)
neet life looks appealing but I've done it before and the lack of responsibilities and discipline will unironically shrink your testes. I'm a man I need to work, hard!

They take up a large portion of your portfolio when you're about to retire. Last thing you want is the market to dip when you're cashing out at that age.
