What's this?

Gain Zen Archery at level 4, have it replace the ki power at that level.
Gain Point Blank Master at level 4 instead of 3.
Gain Trick Shot at level 12, have it replace the ki power at that level.
Gain Ki Focus Bow at same level, it replaces the style strike gained at that level instead of tongue of the sun and moon.

What are the different shades, the different moods, of Chad-ness?

Are there other names for these various levels of Chad-hood, or are they just like minor chad, lesser chad, and greater chad?

I actually wrote this out for a homebrew setting, where there USED to be gods... but they disappeared.

Skinwalkers represent the creations of the animal gods, who came together and cut a deal with the God of Man to collaborate on their next creations, to try and combine the greatest aspects of man and animal. It didn't go so well, but the God of Man offered to harbor the creations and guard them, and they and hoomans have cordial relations. Treat those bug skinwalker variants someone homebrewed as being part of this, and it otherwise has all the kinds of skinwalker in it (i.e even the shark ones, the raptor ones, and the rat ones)

Aasimar are humans that the God of Man gifted to his most cherished friends, an esoteric pantheon named "the Stars-Over-Heaven." The Aasimar lived in the kingdom and over the millennia they came to be part of their own special roles: some became courtiers, others became soldiers, such and such.

Tieflings are the aftermath of a group of humans rebelling against the God of Man and dealing him a mortal blow that eventually sent him into a deep slumber. His blood spilled out and corrupted those humans, creating the first demons, who fled deep, deep into the wild. Those that procreated with others before that, though, spread their tainted line, and those descendants became the first tieflings

Changelings aren't actually creations of the God of Man. Rather, they're attempts by other gods to mimic humans. Of course, it didn't go to plan, and the various mimicries often earn pity and sympathy for their nature.

Androids/Wyrwoods (refluffed to be stone) aren't related to ANY of those groups. Rather, they're the remnants of the dwarven race. A horrible epidemic spread through them and caused them to turn to stone. With no cure, they used magic to make successors.

What quirks do you like in characters?

Have no fear or self-reflection on what you are about to do. Just do it. Don't care if you fuck it up, just do it differently next time if you do.

Really, all "CHAD" is is someone without anxiety disorders.

Roleplay. The same way our characters go and kill enemies without a second thought, or we play evil monsters or fearless champions of justice.

Just because it involves male-female interaction doesn't mean you can't roleplay it as well. Put on the mask, and play the role of the mask. Also, imagine how would you act in the real world if you had superpowers including at least peak strength and superhuman toughness.

The problem I've found with playing a Chad in Pathfinder is the female players don't ever do anything to suggest interest in the Chad, which is important for the Chad to do their thing.

A true, 100% Chad? Here's the rundown.

Your character is attractive and sexually successful in that he boasts often of his conquests. He's young, no older than his early 30s. If there's a stereotype anywhere near a popular and attractive man in high school or college in the setting, he fits it.

He's assertive at least, more accurately described as aggressive. Encounters with women are not intended to be rewarding for him on an emotional or even sexual level--the goal is to boast about them and bask in the glory of others' adulation or envy.

Similarly, you should play as if only your own goals matter. Everyone else is competition, obstacles, or fodder for your own glory. Your legend is all. No friendship, no pussy, no morals, must stand between you and greater acclaim.

Often, he can come off as dumb, but actually being dumb is not strictly required. He doesn't use big words, doesn't espouse complex thoughts. He says "dude" and "bruh" to save on time.

The LN mercenary who's too cynical to believe simply the right thing will be rewarding, but focuses on defending the defenseless even if he uses harsh methods.
The CN rogue who says he's only in it for the money, but then turns and throws down his armful of plunder to rejoin the battle when his friends are in trouble.

CE is by far and away the most likely evil to tie into a party via friendship. LE is characterized by creeds, NE is characterized by selfishness.

Unless otherwise noted by archetype or special power, Monks are just barred from advancing in the class if they stop being Lawful.

Monks retain class features so the idea behind it is that they can't grow stronger if they abandon self-discipline, but their lessons are still in their bodies. I suppose it does cover for the scenario where a warrior is lost in his own fury, but I don't like it at all.

See the problem is how monks might be lawful locked but they don't literally have any flavor or mechanical features that make it make sense for you to be Lawful. A Paladin is literally a personification of Great Justice but a monk is...what, just a dude who punches shit.
