I'm working on an adult-themed RPG. So far I've made a spreadsheet full of porn star stats and a shitty cover that took me 7,000 hours in MS Paint before I realized this isnt a NSFW board and made a Veeky Forums version.

I think the easiest thing to come up with is classes. Levels can be tied to how many scenes are done and what the content is.
I need to come up with what the actual game is.
Would you be more interested in:
A fantasy setting featuring porn stars, like a more explicit Heavy Metal
A modern setting playing out porn careers, like a more explicit GURPS
A resource management game where you're a studio exec trading and signing porn stars
Or something else
What does this system do that renders it's existence neccessary? I don'the want to be an asshole, but I want to know, from you, the objective of the game is (within play, ie; social stuff like White Wolf, Grisly Grim dark like DH, simulationist wankery like d&d, ect), before I read the Pdf.
I want to make a game where I can simultaneously be autistic about stats and masturbate at the same time.
From a game perspective, I don't know. In this post I have three main ideas for what the game would be like, leaning toward the latter two. I actually think a resource management game where you're a studio exec trading and signing porn stars could be fun and hilarious.
The ideal would be a game for 1-4+ players where no one actually has to roleplay a sex scene because that's never not awkward.

The third one, but you'd have to be thirteen to play it at all, let alone with other people. So, make it a video game. Problem: that's basically what Hunie Cam is. Solution: be able to watch the scenes being filmed and make the girls strip during auditions.

Well, see, I'd love to have a Heavy Metal RPG, but that would mostly be a refluffing of an existing fantasy RPG. There's no need for an amateur system that does basically what D&D does but with more explicit sex tacked on.
So porn star resource mgmt is what you should be aiming for, although that's less interesting to me.
I am definitely leaning toward the latter two with more of the third but pieces of the second.

I'll answer these together, but I want to be clear I am very interested in making a Heavy Metal-esque Pornographic Fantasy Setting and System. I'll work on that next because that sounds very fun.
So, here's what I'm imagining.
You have two character options: Agent and Star.
Agents focus on building reputation and relationships with studios and getting stars into scenes. They'd have a "deck" (I don't know if there'll be cards, but it works for the idea) of stars to choose from. Either through a DM or event draws, certain scenes will become available and you'll have to compete to get your stars on. You'll also have your stars deal with issues, their relationships to other stars, substance abuse, lifestyles, and trying to keep them relevant.
Stars would have similar mechanics, but they'd roll to see if they are able to follow direction, be creative in scenes, what they're comfortable with act-wise, if they get along with other stars, if they can maintain interest in the perverts watching, etc. For instance, let's say you have a star who's been in the business for 4 years. She's done a couple anal scenes, and she's almost 30. Is now the right time to do a DP scene? What about getting fake tits? Will that lose fans or gain them? Will the agent push that on her? What about drugs? Will that make her more open to different types of scenes, but risk her health and shorten her career? What about guys? Will your agent push you into doing gay porn for some scenes to get started? ARE YOU DOWN FOR THAT BIG BOY
I think that could be really interesting and fun.
I imagine a group could have both character types in one game, potentially with a star and their agent roleplaying what happens behind the scenes more than what's actually on set.

100% of respondents said they enjoy tabletop role playing games. No surprise there.
Both wargames and adventure games got 22%.
Board games has 10%.
CYOAs have 0%.
Most people said they enjoy these games because of the freedom it gives them to decide their character's actions in exploring the world, or some variation on that.
75% said female porn stars should be playable.
75% said directors should be playable.
62.5% said male porn stars should be playable.
25% said studio executives should be playable.
25% said other, with one answering "Fantastical sexbots or sexfighters".

I've got a pretty good idea of the game I want to make now.
I want to either make a porn star, agent, or director.
As a porn star, you find a way to get into the business either by doing amateur cam shows, responding to ads or getting an agent. From there you have to manage your life while performing in scenes. Since there's very little chance anyone will play this at all except me (though I now have 45 responses to the survey) and even less likely anyone would play this WITH another person, I will probably write out a bunch of sample NPCs and scenarios that can occur. A bunch of charts probably. You have to make decisions about your career to stay relevant and successful without burning out too soon.
As an agent, you manage a roster of porn stars. Typing this out, these feel like two different games but I believe I'll be able to make them fit together. You have to manage relationships with studios and your talent, book them, not alienate them with things they don't want to do, but keep them expanding their career so you're successful as well.
I haven't thought much about what a director would be like but since 30+ people said they'd want that, I am interested in figuring it out.

I want this to be a modern, grounded role playing experience with larger than life settings and characters. The more I write about this, the more it sounds like the Black Dog publications from White Wolf but without the pretension.

Like I don't think stats are that needed, and you an use category list from any porn site for character generation. Like all you need is to describe how your character looks, and acts/likes to do. That's it.
Like you can do some financial management stuff as agent, but that shit is boring.
You should base this off more ERP chat site profile making, than tabletop. Take look at how good f-;list profiles are made, that should give you some inspiration about what you are supposed to do for decent porn like experience.
Also you probably need to have/have someone else make "fetish expansions" for optional fetish mechanics, if you need to have mechanics for all this.
There is a market for porn star miniature figurines. You probably have to make them pose able, if you really want to use them to act stuff out tho. And those get expensive, if you want them to look good.

I have spent the last couple weeks working on quantifying the attributes of every major porn star. That's what prompted me to do this in the first place and that's the source of the autism that's fueling this. If I was able to just free form imagine shit, I wouldn't be jerking off to spreadsheets.

The way I see it, you'd start as an agent looking for talent. Then you'd pick a starting star based on skills, price and experience. There wouldn't really be a porn star section, because what she wants is based off what the agent wants, otherwise she wouldn't get an agent.
When the star starts filming a scene that's when you'd switch to the director mode. Trying to keep the scene moving, getting the shots the script demands, and trying to keep the performers happy.
The problem is that I want there to be role playing aspects to it. I prefer table top games to vidya every time. I do appreciate your recommendation and I will watch those.

ERP (Erotic Role Play) is a thing that people do online. There are various websites, and they tend to have everything needed for role playing a character. Its kinda like Cybersex, only with more role playing and fantasy elements. A lot of furries that want to role play dragon fucking whatever tend to be really into that sort of stuff, but human on human is also popular.

I think the stats would have more to do with fanbase associated with those attributes, not an objective quantifiable quality.
Most of the traits I'd want to have in game would deal with being athletic enough to do acrobatic shit, gag reflex, pain management, and acting skills.
Objective descriptions, and measurements is a must.
Like just make mechanics about having bust size/ass size in inches, or cups or whatever, whit description of sub type, or how much it crosses over, or slider style thing (exercising reducing buts jiglyness, but increasing how toned it is, and eating making you chubbier, and less toned, while increasing your jigglyness.
