Sounds tasty, but range is going to be a factor. A spread out conscript blob might be so big you attack the middle front rank and run out of targets in the rear and flanks! (Assuming the enemy wises up and takes the troops closest to the firing enemy first)
How much does this baby cost? Seems like a perfect horde murderer.
