On hive planets overpopulation will be managed by contraception in the water supply. Most armies will consist of artillery and remotely operated drones. 5. Explain to the Tau how the warp works, they'll likely copy our ways. Make alliances with all friendly xenos.
Khorne will be eviscerated by these changes, most humans die peacefully in their beds now. Nurgle will suffer similarly, as population declines, sanitation improves and the increase in AI/scientists makes cures more readily available. Slaanesh will have a slight boost, due to the increase in happiness across the imperium, but eldar-style pleasure cults will be destroyed. Tzeentch will become the most dominant, he will probably try and fuck with the robots or the emotion-killing drugs, but the newly free imperium citizens will be constantly vigilant.

aside from the above reasons that wouldn't work is because there are more xeno than humans, and because of this the blood god would not be decimated, wounded but not fatally so. the other gods also have multiple other facets that you cant get rid off without ceasing to exist. ergo you CANT stop chaos any more than you can put the galaxy in stasis

I think Imperium can just "mass produce" blanks by making their genes dominant. It's a child's play compared to creating spacemarines or assassins.
Problem is - it will kill Imperium. A ship full of blanks won't be able to enter warp. And even if warp drive will be able to overcome their influence (which it definitely can at least for low numbers of blanks) navigator will still be fucked.
Humans need a new FTL method or they will only be able to make skipping jumps like tau. Which means death of Imperium. You can't keep it together with such low FTL speeds. It also means feeding separated worlds to Tyranids because you won't be able to amass enough forces to stop them.

How exaclty is populaion inversely proportional to sanitation when its that same population that is able to divide labour into taking care of the santation problem.
