A few years ago a very cool user made some threads where people could post descriptions of their PCs and user would make Lego minifig versions of them.
I am not that user, but I do have a lot of minifig parts and four hours to kill, so if you would like a minifig version of your character post in this thread and I will do my best.

Forgot to mention that I don't have a whole lot of non-yellow heads so it's a lot easier to do human-ish figs
Yeah, I looked everywhere and the only other option is a plain black head.
If I had one of these Ninjago heads it might work a little better.

A fully and heavily armored guy with one of those + eyeslit helmets, carries a big ol' black sword longer than he is tall what shoots blue lightning out here and there.
Getting a little faster, anyway!

I used to make Dwarves by removing the legs and using 2x1 pieces for their legs.

Wanted to try doing some using LDD and Bluerender. Can't do a lot, though, since each one would take me a while.

It's a dual-molded ears-and-hair piece for the Elves minidolls but it doesn't come in those colors.

Lego has put out three yellowfig elves with dualmold ear-hair pieces. Otherwise, you might check Ali for sorta-Lego versions in the color(s) you want.
LDD says it's Part #13766, but unless they're also starting a LEGO Drow line, you probably won't find it (or most of those other pieces) in that particular color combination, since I'm using colors from the older versions, too.

They actually do make a snake lower half in a few different colors, but for you a brickbuilt version will probably look better.
