Red Scorpions are the best imho. They are like the ultramarines without the shitty blue color scheme when it comes to how the fluff wanks them. The only difference is that they are always suffering "heavy casualties". They get all the best gear and tons of special characters. Plus their fluff of *Possibly* being emperors children successors is neat and their crazy amount of apothecaries is fun too.
