But as for Pseudonatural bees? Well, imagine a Swarm of Bees trying to sting you, except, they don't try, because they never ever, miss any of their fucking stings, and they're actually horrible flying tiny tentacles instead.
In addition to the SAN check, one has to avoid letting the bees into your mouth, and the toxins from the sting are probably that much worse.
