Do some things to help with your anxiety. Go to a therapist. Ive heard toastmasters can help alot. Like another guy said, sign up for some social classes ie cooking, sports etc and just gradually try to push yoursel to be more and more social. Its going to be hard and awkward at first but you will get better at it. Join a gym and get jacked. Anyone can do it, it just takes some dedication. Getting fit will also make you more confident.
