Female characters on the other hand develop abilities that lets them shut off police drones and control cars with their mind because of their high estrogen levels.

Your goal is to leave the transfluid cityscape and return to nature where you can live in a peaceful tribal society with biological genders, free from the tyranny of the fluids.

Look up a book called Escape from Enlightenment. Similar to what you are suggesting.
