First strike is a babby tier build set, Know No Fear is a cuck tier version of Dark Imperium.

Also article calls out that it doesn't have Atomatic shielding, so leviathan is T8 2+ 4++ and Redemptor is T7 3+. Even as a gun platform, leviathan lasts longer, has better BS and can take two primary arm guns.

It doesn't even have more weapon hardpoints than a leviathan: Yeah, the current FW rules don't include rules for the top mount missiles that come in the kit, but it's still the same number and arrangement of hardpoints overall.

It has ups and downs compared to the three statlines that comprise imperial Contemptor Dreads, whereas the leviathan blows both out the water.

Yeah, Leviathans are 16. Too pricey to spam, but a lovely centrepiece model for the amount of oomph you get from that ~300-340 points.

I find the key to getting the most out of my leviathan is to make sure he's not in a good firing lane position to be alpha struck... He's a hell of a fire magnet, and can and will draw an entire army's shooting.

(Not that that'a tactically a bad thing, I've won two games specifically because so much effort went into killing my leviathan everything else was completely free to maneuver and fire)
