Doorkeepers, slithering shade, walking archive, wall of limbs (bonus points if you combine this with perimeter captain)

I do. It's not as strong as you'd think, but it's possible my deck just needs to see more play... It's fun though

Slap another crab umbra on a vent sentinel and go fucking ham

Condemn, Oust, Devour Flesh, and Nature's Claim all force your opponent to gain life as a "drawback". Maybe in an Abzan deck running Commune with the Gods as Tainted Remedy 5-8 will help you get TR online.
Erebos I think would work to stifle the drawback, but I don't think Erebos's static ability is a replacement effect, because if it was you could choose to have it go into effect after the Tainted Remedy, but it's not an "if" ability, so I don't know.

If you're gonna go red might as well replace glacial wall with wall of stone

Yeah because R's walls are soooo amazing in this day and age right?
It's all about WU now

I do think would be pretty helpful in such a deck just so you have a faster win condition than Mill. URG seems like it could be better than simply going for WU in some regards.
