Anything that keeps matter and energy from being moved between universes, I'd assume.
Probably wouldn't have to have a massive range either, just something the locks the local area the Parahuman is in.
There's already examples of Parahuman powers that do similar things, you could probably reverse-engineer the effect with the right Tinker power and/or intelligence and SCIENCE! perks.
Butcher and Mantellum off the top of my head are both pretty good in that department, though Mantellum is arguably stronger, IIRC.

I think there's some good bread in Nichijou. Places like Toriko and Shokugeki no Soma should have great bread. Not sure about others.

Do races count as perks?

If you are doing 300 CP Perks, 300 CP Items, you should also allow them to take up to 300 CP if drawbacks, but since you don't go on a jump the jump never ends, and they never go away.

Are companions valid as Perks or Items?

So you're making a Governent that no one has to speak about, does it's job thanklessly, and doesn't stand on pretenses? You've got my vote.

My first thought is SupCom. The ACU is free and comes with its own points to spend. You can even get a cybernetics knowledge perk for 200 and spend 300cp on the Symbiont Item to get an AI that allows you to link directly into the ACU.

PAD is complete. It got tossed into WIP because of paperwork, but the jump is finished.

But Gacha settings are a dime a dozen, the question is really just whether you're willing to learn a bit of Japanese to read the story or not.

I refuse to accept that PAD on one pretense however.

PAD creator here, just saw it mentioned while scrolling. Following feedback when first posted, took some steps to overhaul it somewhat (To have more standard quest/weaponry/specific companions) but I had lost the original PSD files which made it annoying to edit.

In light of that game having every kind of dragon imaginable, like literally every kind, Dragonification basically let you take a THING - pancakes, a game console, whatever - and turn it into a dragon hatchling based 100% on whatever thing you sacrificed.

I played this one real stupid Gacha game called Gacha World. It amused me due to the creator referencing all past failed games they tried to make.

Mega Man X's Stoic (100 CP) perk coupled with No Bills Ever (200 CP) from The Sims 3 Jumpchain as my perks.

Items wise, I choose $500,000 (250 CP) and a car (50 CP) from the Generic Creepypasta Jump.

on my current chain I have some perks that I realized would be annoying to constantly have on. Also as I have taken some high powered jumps it might be nice to be able to shut off some stuff so that the lower power jumps are still interesting.

They're the typical woman's head, lion's body type. However you might be able to fluff something with a different appearance if you say it's an egyptian sphinx.
