Why are you even arguing something easily googled? It's the basis of a modern deck. You can cast the suspend spells off of cascade or As Foretold because they have an cmc of 0.

None of those are auto-includes except Command Tower, and even then Command Tower isn't useless in mono or colorless decks.

The art direction for lots of the spirits, Sekki included indicates flying. Myojin of Night's Reach is another good example of this.

That's why you use LabMan or Purphoros.
With LabMan, decking yourself = win. With Purphoros, you'll probably kill everyone before hitting zero cards.

its 7 mana for a 5/5 that stops one opponent from playing one card in their hand, its trash.

Eh, Sekki is kinda excusable as it kinda looks like a tree and if you squint you can imagine some that stuff being legs or treetrunk.
