The setting is deliberately convoluted and inconsistent, and this is even acknowledge in-world indirectly by a few characters. It's a good vehicle for the light-hearted, imperfect porn vibe they got going, but only goes to show that not all fantasy is a good tabletop setting.

By any standard it's bad writing. Even by the low standards of porn comics it's been a dragging plot filled with inconsistencies and mind-numbing dialog that can't seem to settle with whether it's trying to be pretentious or utterly banal. The meditations on BDSM are particularly eye-roll inducing.

And, some faces (like the mom's) are offputting enough to be boner killing.

From what I can tell it seems he just needs to work on backgrounds/scenery more, but it could just be him skimping to save time. And the writing is better than a smut comic has any right to be. It's no novel, but good enough to actually make you interested in the characters beyond how big their tits are.

Also all the men have tiny eyes. It's weird.

Oglaf had three good comics about a decade ago and has steadily gotten worse since then. It's been in a rut of unfunny half-jokesfor so long that I almost feel sorry for it.

The comment drama after the lesbian chick turned out to be bi was Oscar worthy.

My two cents... the art is good, perhaps too shadowy at parts.

The characters... well, they at least have unique enough personalities that I can get invested in them fucking.

Their dialog however... yeah, two slutty bitches being slutty bitches, plenty of flaws, plenty to like about them. Good character, but... nah, can't get into the story much. Mostly just skim until sex happens.

Overall, not bad, does a good job, but doesn't go above and beyond like it could.

I have never read a more ill-conceived, plebeian opinion, and I spend my days on Veeky Forums.
