Found a pic of Fred Reed's converted Chaos Thunderhawk from 1996.
The story around it is a GW urban legend:
"Aaaah yeah another one, this about Fred Reed (for those who remember him). Apparently at one meeting way back the company was looking to reward Fred for his hard work and gave him the option of a night out at a strip club or a metal thunderhawk gunship kit (yes it was that long ago).
Fred is reputed to have said 'I'll take the Thunderhawk and get the missus to do a strip tease!'
