I'm eternally surprised Tengu racial feats are garbage, and that not even DSP attempted to give the birbs anything cool like they did for the cats and foxos. Even an at-will Raven form feat, similar to how the other weeb races got animal shape stuff, would have been nice.

First city is a trading post with the outside world and the underdark.
The Towers is a wizard city built by magic where the population live in extradimensional spaces built into a handful of towers. It might be destroyed by magical orbital bombardment.
Is Breá is a costal city and is a meca for bards, over the last few centuries it has been crafted into a renaissance Hollywood (the glamorous and dirty sides) by its elf founder.
Capital city has politicians and their permission is required for surface born to be allowed access to the underdark.
