Partially. You're obviously not going to have a great bod if you have shitty strength and constitution(although you might still be attractive in other ways). Likewise, if you have 18 str(or equivalent), you're obviously not going to be the skinniest dude around unless your strength is due to magic or some shit(like cybernetic augments).

But obviously your physical stats don't determine EVERYTHING about your appearance, and even when they're a factor it's generally better to understate their influence than overstate it.

Int, wis, and cha have no interaction with physical looks, as they are the mental stats. The only exception to this is Cha and its less actual look and more how people perceive you based on your self confidence. When you boil down just what Charisma means to its most basic root concept it is literally the stat of self confidence.
