As far as I know there's no physical difference allthough in the artwork High Elves are characterised as having blonde hair while the Dark Elves all seem to have black. I believe that this is just an artistic representation however to make it easier to distinguish the two.

Given one of the most notable mercenaries ever is Golgfag Maneater (to the point Ogre mercenaries are now collectively called Maneaters), it's probably just business as usual. Granted, Golgfag thinks the name is a misnomer since he doesn't particularly care what or who he eats.

There's no real physical difference, no. There was a short story where a high elf that had been taken captive by Druchii managed to take parts of their uniforms and armor during an escape. He made it to Arheim, but was shot by a guard patrol before he could warn of the impending attack. Even when they looked more closely at his corpse, they thought he was just a Druchii outcast.

Thats pretty much every other faction in warhammer. Considering that humans don't generally eat other humans in warhammer fantasy, turning a bunch of desert dwellers into cannibal condoners seems pretty rash.

Arabyan fluff is pretty spotty, and mostly told from the perspective of non-Arabyans. They were a throwaway faction, to the point that in the Khemri Campaign for Mordheim, some tribes were named the Northern Fuzzy Wuzzies and the Al'Rahem, and the Tomb King book had the Oasis of 1000 Camels. At least there was no Carbombya.

Perhaps the most comprehensive expansion for them was in Relics of the Crusades. Granted it was a fan expansion that was published by GW on Specialist Games, so ymmv. Religion in Araby ranges from orthodox (Ghutan) to secular (Dimashque), and only cursed Revenants are cannibals.

More or less. Magic is also slightly more circumspect, since they don't have the College of Magic, Teclis being a tutor and all that. That, and the winds of magic are more diffuse and blow weaker. Wizards either resort to binding spirits in objects, hedge magic, or training at the Isle of Sorcerers, though the magic regimen isn't anywhere as codified as in The Empire.

Arabyan magic tends to be more Elemental in nature (the Arabyan Tomb Raiders could have a Elementalist), though they do have some alchemical options too. Fire Siphons and Naptha are options.

Still, they and the norsemen are the only ones making half demon babies.

Even if there were good models to rip, I doubt they'd look all that great nude since they're generally covered in layers of armor and attempts to work around that might look crude. Then again, the internet always continues to surprise me.

They're probably still monstrous, but not so much so that they can't wear a cape and just look like some burly hobo or something like that. Or maybe they're some rare Strigoi that didn't get obsessively hunted by other vampires and humans, and managed to keep his human-ness.

I'm looking for houserules or making my own in order to convert henchmen in Mordheim into more heroes, similar to how Necromunda gangs work.

Can anybody see any issues this may cause other than the exploration dice. Tweaking stats of some henchmen to make them heroes is entirely within the realm of possibility.

I really loved the attention to detail in the elf one. It's also gun to play it as dwarves, there's nothing better than burning down all of Athel Loren.

I liked the Drakwald one too, even if I didn't get a very good look at it because of how I played through it in an afternoon.
