Have any of you actually been in a campaign where the DM or players forced their Fetish on you?
I can't concieve any scenario in which I could ever comfortably insert what I'm into in a campaign overtly. I mean, seriously. How can this be real?

Yes, it's a thing and sadly not that rare either. Just play with randoms and you will eventually get some.
My last D&D game for example ended up with gelatinous cube literally raping one of players which kinda caused shitstorm that broke the game and that group. It was shit GM in general though and I suspect he partially did that because he wanted to end things.
Yeah, it's happened. Admittedly in play by post message board games, so it's to be expected. One guy was really fucking into non-con and like everything turned non-con, even Exalted games where everyone was playing min-maxed Solars who shouldn't have been getting dicked unless they wanted it.
I also have couple of more mild examples. One good GM had strange fetish of inserting lolis everywhere (barmaids would be pretty much guaranteed to be lolis) and he would describe them in ridiculous detail. We also had a plot with baddies being child slaving pornographers in one game. He was good GM though, so that really wasn't much of a problem.
Another case by another DM was inclusion of amazon style catgirl race in his homebrew sci-fi setting, but I'm unsure if it was magical realm. They were heavily sexualized (would fight half-naked and enslave men for breeding like some inverse Goreans) though.
Avoided over-exposure to it by quitting the game, but I had a GM who told war stories about giants having children with fairies and awakened tigers getting married to humanoid characters.
Once, in a mostly tounge-in-cheek way, I saw a fellow pc violated by a succubus with a phallic object. Most everybody laughed it off, though I'd have been pretty pissed if it happened to my pc
Never underestimate the potential of creepy motherfuckers on the internet, OP. Just apply to Pathfinder or 5E games on Roll20, join one where people have anime or sonic avatars and wait for the cringe to flow.

They are rare, but in my case players with fetishes start working better for my goal - ones with pregnancy fetish are great when you want them make to guard an npc
Recently in one of my games a player signed a deal with a demon for a speed boost that I appear to have granted the character by having the demon lick her legs in a really gross manner.
I say 'appear to' because I don't remember it at all, but my thought process must have been 'I'll do something really weird and unsettling because it's evil' and that conflicted with my normal mindset of 'don't do any overly creepy shit' and it ended up balancing out to zero in my mind.
Isn't femdom pretty easy to portray through amazons and female rulers? I mean you could have tribe of stong musclegirls who enslave men. You also could have like a queen who tortures men for fun in her dungeon.

No, but one time I not-so-subtly wrote my fetish into my character's backstory. I played a warlock in 5e whose Fey Patron was re-fluffed to be a MILF-y 50ft tall nature goddess.
My group split up when everyone left to go to college, though, so nothing ever came of it.

In person? Never have I even heard a remotely credible story of magical realm occurring.
In roll20/internet-based gaming? I've heard some vaguely credible stories of magical realm.
In pre-roll20 (or better yet, pre-social media focused modern internet) IRC or other chat protocol based games--or worse yet, forum based RP--that's literally all it was. Not once in nearly a decade of online gaming back when AIM was still a thing did I manage to find a group that was not overtly sexual about RP.
Not that I would have the slightest interest in doing so, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't insert incest, pedophilia, piss, and exhibitionism into a game without all of my players immediately getting creeped out.
I mean, there was the time the BBEG jerked off onto his loli daughter wetting herself in the middle of town, but that was just to establish his villainous character, I'm not a pervert or anything. Unfortunately my group broke apart soon after that because of...um...scheduling conflicts.

I've genuinely never seen it happen ever, over about 16 years or so.
I've seen a guy a constantly trying to play furry races in whatever game we were playing (kitsune in PF, wolfen in Palladium, Jaka in Talislanta) but I guess it's just an assumption that's his fetish.

I would not say forced, but I had a gm try to have an npc sleep with my pc and when he refused I was declined entry into the game for being awkward, and not going along with the rated R themes the gm wanted in games.
I remember getting accused of liking vore because I had 2 PCs die fighting monsters with Swallow Whole in the same campaign.
I don't even like vore. I was just throwing CR appropriate monsters at them and for some reason they just happened to fuck up twice.
