Power Klaws are probably excessive in such small units. Big Choppas are probably enough. Also, sluggas on nobz is never worth it when you can have a shoota for free.
Trukks are expensive, but if insist on running a mechanised list I would advise against using stormboyz. Don't give your opponent anything to shoot anti-horde weapons at.
By putting all your units in a battalion, you would gain 2 command points.

In actuality, Games Workshop hasn't had a problem with 3rd party list builders before. Even one's with paywalls or that took donations.
The crux of them shutting this particular list builder down was that he was using games workshop licensed photos to make it.
So, you could still make the same list builder but commission your own artwork to make it happen.
Obviously the creator just didn't want to draw more scrutiny on himself. But GW can't use the same excuse for taking down a list builder that has it's own unique artwork.
