Connor Hill
I was reading BL supplement and Warzone Fenris. And i come to conclusion.
Was Abby using Alpha Legion and Ahriman to pull Magnus(who said "Fuck you Failbaddon") out of Eye of Terror?
Logan Howard
Dark Eldar are fun in the playtests. Like Slaanesh, they've got a lot of leadership dependent special rules.
Grayson Watson
yes
Lincoln Rogers
Can Devastator Squad Sergeants Signum themselves? Thinking of bringing a 5 man Heavy-Flamer group in my Stormraven and giving the Sergeant a Inferno Pistol. Blood Angels army.
Jack Lee
Imperium will win this campaign, they already won the first three games, the entire thing has been fixed, even these two Chaos wins were fixed, Chaos can't win in this new noblebright bullshit setting, the flying death planet will be exterminatus and they'll write a piece of fluff that has Girlyman and Morty have a fight, Morty will appear to be winning because he's literally stronger with daemon powers but then Robot will reveal he had a contingency plan for this and a bunch of new Primaris will deepstrike in and spray Morty with anti-daemon weapons, these Primaris will be named something stupid, will come with new anti-daemon weapons that are incredibly similar to Inquisition weapons, and no one will bat an eye. Some players will notice this is fucking stupid, but on the whole GW's sales won't suffer and the cycle will continue. Because GW can't let Chaos win, come on, "Last planet wins the game" my ass, how many Imperium players would even allow this? Konor will stand, Morty will be driven back, the story won't move in any meaningful way.
Matthew Richardson
Help me win with blood angels my dudes
Austin Lopez
Nope, just Draigo will come from the warp and rekt Mortarion again.
Adam Ward
Here's a name generator to help with your Death Guard (and lesser traitors).

Rolled 33, 29, 47 = 109 (3d66)
Amilax the Infested
Again again again!
Tyler Ward
Everyone knew that the Imperium would win because they're the most popular factions and the rules are set up to allow Imperium v. Imperium matches that score points for Imperium regardless of the outcome. All that would be needed to counter this is forcing one player to declare for Chaos and the other for Imperium before the match begins. Since they didn't do that GW clearly intended Chaos to lose from the beginning.
Andrew Perez
Rolled 25, 49, 66 = 140 (3d66)
Rollan
Daniel Thompson
Rolled 4, 6, 3, 2, 3, 3 = 21 (6d6)
Wait a second, a d66 is not the same as what they say is a d66.
What they really mean is 2d6*3.
John Murphy
Rolled 6, 58, 12 = 76 (3d66)
Nice, maybe I'll get good a name for my exalted.
Evan Torres
I managed to squeeze this out of my collection right now, don't plan on buying any more until November (besides, October is Halloween season).
Thoughts?

Post games.
Today I had my first match of a narrative campaign with a stunning success. One of the many lower rungs of the Black Heart Kabal requested "something interesting" for the gladiator pits as a sort of loyalty tithe. The Torn Soul went in expecting to nab one Carnifex from the hive fleet attacking some stationed Guard. Instead they captured two! The campaign runner gave me a net gun(I don't fuckning know how to subdue a carnifex, lace it with paralyzing poison or some shit.) and I had to get them under 1/2 total wounds. On the other side of the campaign, the Genestealer Cult rose up on a Forge World and crushed all Adeptus Mechanicus opposition(It was a DISGUSTING defeat, there were special rules to see if the GSC player converted extra models into GSC from the regular populace/local PDF. And GSC rolled perfectly and almost got the maximum of extra forces.)
James Gutierrez
So I have a Stormclaw box and gonna get a Start Collecting one. What should I buy next for a proper 1k pts army?
Or that, even worse. >Implayer declares he fights for Chaos this game >throws the game nice one, my game store actually fixed that themselves Store Owner flips a coin behind the counter to determine who is Chaos and who is Imperium, marks down the result, and then lets them know after the game is over.
Evan Long
Gorthlixus Filthmonger. Lord of Contagion.
Nice.
Isaac Miller
Where can I find and illegally download older ed codices?
Colton Allen
Primaris Terminators looks sweeeet.
How can manlets compete?
Alexander Hernandez
In the megas of the OP.
Leo Edwards
I should have mention that I want to play orks tho
Josiah Gutierrez
Sell woofs acquire waaagh
Isaac Nguyen
Start collecting, use the extra nobs as boyz squad leaders. Buy more boyz and then you just need a second HQ.
Eli Hernandez
Quick question from a noob since cypher and Fallen have the Imperium tag can i use them in my IG army without too much blowback? do i lose battleforged?
Noah Rivera
He has plot armor
Morty does not because he is a daemon
Also Morty lost to Draigo
Camden Campbell
By having the superior suit of terminator armour.
Asher Jones
Amnath the Insane
Rate my Chaos Sorcerer name.
Evan Hughes
Who Celestinian Crusade here?
James Rogers
You better not be fucking with me user, because that armour looks saturnine as fuck and that shit is triple A
Connor James

Ayden Gutierrez

Parker Bell

Xavier Wilson
No the Tau officially have their own Astartes and you're just hearing about it now, you nonce.
Brayden Martin
I know that's why my store has this thing. It's a pretty small store though so it's easy for the store owner to know who is fighting for who.
Dominic Clark
I would like to push more money into this problem to make this vision a reality
>astartes can fall to chaos >astartes can fall to greater good What's next? Are they going to fall to the swarm? Or the waagh? Or the waagh with swarms in it's rocks so when they make planetfall they shoot nids at you?
Ian Taylor
Maybe someday.
Jackson Brooks
it's fan art unfortunately.
David Powell
Rolled 63, 15, 42 = 120 (3d66)

Already happened.
Justin Green
Grand alliance of order.
Liam Davis
Wait what? Astartes joined Orks when? Don't even joke about that, gives me conniptions.
Xavier Gutierrez
Post dudes/ what you've been working on. Speed painted these guys mainly with washes in an evening a couple of nights ago.
Dominic Moore
in principle you could get Genstealer cult marines. Hypothetically if a cult formed on a recruiting world they could focus on infecting all those whongonoff to the recruitment tests for the chapter, enduring all future marines will be loyal beood brothers. Eventually the number of cultist marines will reach a critical level and they can take over the chapter in a coup.
Benjamin Torres
>Alone and unaided
Jonathan Rodriguez
And they're looking -ace-. Just spray white and a couple washes of yellow?
Effective speed painting is so damn satisfying.
Nathan White
New tau player here, I really like the look of hammerheads but no one seems to talk about them here and I'm just wondering if they're worth it. So, 40kg, are hammerheads any good?
Ryder Gonzalez
...
Camden Collins
I hope you're proud of yourself user
Luke Anderson
Cause suits Anyway, FW really offers some versatility for HHs
Robert Brown
Story potential for sure but it wouldn't last since the cult chapter would call the hive fleets insuring it's destruction.
Asher Sullivan
Rolling
James Brown
I have an 8th Ed question. I have a friend who wants to run an matched play army which is half tau, half inquisition, split across two detachments. Surely this breaches the Army Faction rule?
Christopher Howard
I am encouraging my friend who plays Genestealer Cult to run his marines as a chapter that does this. He'd have to run the Space Marines in a separate detachment but he could have one detachment of GSC, using the GSC as infiltrating melee specialists with some kind of big beasty Nid along with a guard tank or two, with footslogging GSC Astartes chapter as gun support.
Connor Miller
Is just one Wyvern worth fielding in 1500-1750pt games? I won one off Ebay.
Wyatt Kelly
Can only run fun lists in Open Play
Christian Wright
He'll be 'banished to the warp' and nothing willl actually go anywhere
Adam Gonzalez
>half tau, half inquisition Is this some kind of meta-bait?
Christopher Price
3/10, better reroll my duder.
Matthew Cruz
Rolled 25, 48, 20 = 93 (3d66)
Cool stuff, lets see who leads my future band of Dusk Raiders turned Nurglites.
Gabriel Ortiz
Question: can I take the Forgeworld variants of the Leman Russ (Annihilator, Conqueror, Stygies) as HQ options (Tank Commanders/Pask)?
Jackson Peterson
It's a fan art.
Ryan Diaz
Are you thick? was being sarcastic
Ethereal mind control could theoretically work on Space Marines with some Vespid like device though right?
Blake Edwards
Yeah obviously, all his Girlyman's anti-daemon shit is basically going to send Morty back to the warp until they need him for another piece of story with the ominous line, "He will return, we must be ready." to allow for people who bought Morty to run him in their Deathguard army.
Colton Perez
And what, exactly, would be the army keyword for this?
Nolan Harris
And than kill them off, because Marine plot armor.
This becomes a revolving door, because as soon as the Marines gain strength, Tyranids come, and are beaten off.
Chase Rodriguez
Rolled 52, 52, 59 = 163 (3d66)
Liam Anderson
Rolled 6, 2, 5, 4, 4, 5 = 26 (6d6)

War of the Beast. Some psykers tries to use Waagh energy. They went full Ork.
Andrew Parker
>What are apothecaries?
Grayson Sullivan
Good terminators are coming out though.
>that chain axe makes my weiner wiggle
Jonathan Campbell
was joke, I wanted to make a funny Uh, Imperium, I think, shit I hadn't considered it, I figured having some Guard stuff in the GSC detachment would be enough. That's hilarious I need to read this.
Sebastian Allen
Yes. Point him to the rules for playing a battle-forged army in matched play
Ethan Morris
Cause most tau are suitspam punks who have no idea what any of the other units in their codex are.
Hammerheads are a reasonably effective and tough hover tank with a good gun, but they're a bit pricey (like many things in the tau's army list).
They'll probably benefit from a nice points reduction when their codex comes out. Other than that, they're BS3+ which is rad, and longstrike is also pretty useful.
William Cruz
That's retarded, the Orks psychic ability is innate, or genetic or whatever, it can't just be transferred to a humie
Noah Nelson
Is there anything good from the Black Library that has genestealer cults?
