Alternately, use the red version of this (Harmless gift or something like that, can't quite recall), tormod's crypt/bojuka bog, and have a pinger/bolt or something in case they have an instant to burn so they don't insta die. Combo works a tad better in RB for this reason I think there also might be a card that causes damage whenever something's put into the yard

Teferi ult is its own infinite, similar to getting out a perfect stax lock. If you do it right they are fucked and have to scoop or watch you jerk off over the table with near infinite card selection from your jace harem, most people scoop after the ralzarek gets enough loyalty to ult though.

Me and a group of friends recently split the commander anthology and I got the Green/Black deck. I've been really enjoying it in group and 1v1 games and am interested in making a couple of other EDH decks. Mostly I'm interested in making an Arjun deck, a Phenax deck, an Oona deck and a Mixxit deck. Any recommendations of how much fun these are to play? I'll be using them 99% of the time casually with friends, two who've played for a while and enjoys playing almost always GW, one whos a heavy control player and then my other friend who's as new as I am. Anything that'd match up well vs those archtypes would be nice because currently I either get rushed down or bullied with my current deck in group games.

Honestly you're better off going with Karador instead of Saffi, if only just for the better sac outlets in Viscera Seer and Carrion Feeder and the wincons of Zulaport Cutthroat and Blood Artist. Saffi's in there as a part of your five or six shifting combos, but Karador is better at actually getting out the infinite win.

It needs to declare that "insert card name here" can only use this ability once this turn for it to be a hard OPT, shit that only says once per turn can be flickered, bounced or sacked and reanimated to get more uses out of it.

Yes, flickering with Deadeye or Displacer would let Ramos use his Ritual again, assuming you can get the counters on him.

Yes but remember Ramos will lose all +1/+1 counters whenever you blink him with Deadeye or Displacer so you have to make sure you have the spell colors to recharge him and the mana on-hand without his help.
You can also infinite with him using a Deadeye, a Soulfire Grandmaster and a Jund or Abzan Charm. The combo will +1 you on Green, Black or White mana with each cast of Jund and any color with Abzan. You can then use that for whatever you wish: Tendrils of Agony, Aetherflux Resevoir... whatever, really.

Also, a Paradox Engine, Dreamstone Hedron and Displacer will fuel your blinks as much as you need to free up all ten mana Ramos generates for casting spells. Also if you plan on Alpha Striking and have a Haste generator the Paradox Engine will deal with Ramos coming back tapped, too.
