Likewise, they mention in another one, that units not in the Space Marine codex use Codex costs for wargear.
Further still, much like how TSons can use the full Hereticus psyker discipline, clearly Codex rules can apply.
Thus, logically, wargear cost for TSons are updated, as it uses the same costs as normal CSM in the index, which have now been updated.
