The beige bits look like curtains.
The "armour" looks like leather.
Yeah I think it's all fairly well used relatively cheap materials and a lot of time.
What surprises me the low quality of the skulls considering all the effort on everything else. Not like it's hard to make a mould of a skull and cast a bunch so they all look the same.
