To be honest, I’m a big fan on intrinsic powers that aren’t reliant on finite resources or prep time. If I’m caught off guard or detained, I want to be functional.

2. Then, Quest DLC for Mentor/Lover/Friend/Rival
3. Then, revise the Monstrous Immortality lore slightly so that it exists in the same world as Mentor/Lover/Friend/Rival.
4. Then, consider expanding it.
5. Also I have another CYOA idea that could barge its way into line anywhere after #1.

Ritualism and hedge magic seems to be more powerful in the long run, the doll is just more reliable.

I suppose that reliability is a bigger comfort. Also someone to talk to.
