yes? Even chaos marines are shown to hate xenos, hence why IW and IF, who have one of the most famous hatreds between traitors and loyalists, put aside their differences to work together to fight the beast.
Xenos and chaos are two very very different things, and AFAIK there are no examples of marines abandoning the imperium to join with xenos, let alone the tau
