BecUse there won’t be a moon mission. When you buy the sell wall you are just giving them money. If they let it rise people will sell at a profit and take away their profits. So they hold the price at 150 and let people dive headlong into the wall. If they let it rise then people who bought lower might sell for a profit and take away their sells
