No, even though my magical realm would be story appropriate, I don't think its something players can handle maturely.

On the other hand, I've inadvertently created multiple magical realms for my wife. For instance

I believe there are several more. Apparently my skill at forging "waifus" literally plays into why she married me. I'm not even attempting to be degenerate and don't even have her in mind when I make these characters, but apparently they keep pressing her buttons. Which in turn gets my buttons pressed later that night so it all works out.

My magical realm is yandere and being forced to choose between two different lovers love triangle style.
I've been meaning to do a scene where a PC is forced to choose between a waifu and a more yandere waifu holding the first waifu at knifepoint. Or even better, both waifus being yandere and dueling it out accordingly.

Exactly that; the PC's were tasked with defending a village from a local dragoness which had been preying on the villagers and their livestock for quite some time; multiple generations, even.
Never quite enough to ruin the town or destroy its growth, but always a significant loss.

She was described as an usually large mature adult green dragon, lazy and confident in her movements, well fed with decades of easy prey. The villagers told the PC's that they had been in such fear of the dragoness for so long, that for the last few years she wouldn't even bother razing the town, and would instead just casually saunter to one or two barns, have her fill, and go away.

I successfully lured someone into my magical realm.

It was an ERP game, so pretend fucking during doentime was what we were supposed to be doing, but it started out as something they weren't interested in at all and by the end it was the main fetish our characters were doing, and they were really into it. It really felt like I had shared something that was special to me, and it was nice.

Well I want my players to really hate the villain - so I am thinking of making them an incubus -like tiefling who kidnapps kobolds(party is kobolds you see), gnolls (party is also allies with gnolls), lizardfolk, chainglings, humans and other races to create horrible hybrids which he either "starts" himself, or has his minions that do that...

Nope. I made the stupid mistake of my early years of "Playing myself" through the campaign because I got bored and there were no chances for me to get the group together outside of summer vacation, and eventually added busty waifus into the campaign.
When the gaming group, to my surprise, actually got back together, I'd stupidly not kept logs of where the characters stats were when I left off, and the party was now full of obvious fap-fodder that I couldn't write off.

After that embarassing faux-pas, I kept a separate game going by myself in order to master the game mechanics that eventually turned into adventuring being funded by genetically modified lactating titty-monsters selling their milk by gallon.

Generally though, I keep that deviancy in the closet - at least since I was a kid and had that awkward discovery that the reason why people liked women with big breasts wasn't because they wanted to milk them.

Demons of gluttony put a curse of overeating on the party. Their rations didn't last as long as they'd planned, their armors didn't fit and the fake church refused to lift the curse because it's a blessing of bountiful fertility. The players didn't suspect a thing, they saved the world from the epidemy of obesity and just thought I regreted giving them too good armors and needed to nerf it. No magical realms here, just social commentary.

One time my players wanted to use a "pay by the hour," hotel as a hideout and I was able to describe it in elaborate detail because I've actually used Love Hotels in Japan. They got a bit uncomfortable as I described glass-walled bathrooms with multi-person bathing space and jumbo sized dispensers of various soaps and oils that don't have to be refilled between uses, decadent king-sized beds and other subtly suggestive furniture, fairly indiscreet dispensing utilities for "play items," and the occasional gently audible sound from accompanying rooms making its way through the soundproof despite itself. Also when they turned on the viewscreen it defaulted to a porn channel.

Of course, I was trying to make them uncomfortable and they laughed about it after the fact because they had not really thought through what making a love hotel their hideout might entail, so success on my part.

My groups are too socially well-adjusted and all I want is to be pulled into a magical realm

I've never lured anyone, no. I have neither the audacity nor the desire to. My gameplay experiences are generally satisfactory without the addition of magical realm, and I'm much too timid for something like that.

I've been lured though, and so far it's been a ton of fun. I don't know whether it was karma for good deeds in the past, or she has some sort of radar for detecting fellow bdsm people, or if it was sheer coincidence, but a couple months ago one of my friend's characters was doing all kinds of role-play appropriate and setting/story appropriate bondage adventures with me. Now our characters are kinda dating and it's a lot of fun! We had a fun sub-plot of her character being prejudiced against magic users and I helped her learn that we're not all bad and that magic users are as varied in alignment and personality as non magic users. She went from hating magic users to dating one!

Now we're saving the world from necromancers together.

So I think magical realm is fine if it's consensual, and if it adds to the party dynamics or the plot instead of distracting from it.

Never really did it on purpose. My tastes are really vanilla though, so my magical realm is just strong, powerful, dominant women who genuinely care about their weaker and/or less powerful husbands. The way I could force my Magical Realm into a campaign are legion. I could play a female knight and just have "is married to a baker in her hometown" as part of her description. I could have a queen regnant who marries a significantly younger nobleman for political reasons as an important NPC. I could have a female general casually mention how army food is shit compared to her beloved husband's cooking. It's easy, but I avoid it because it's awkward and the chance of being found out is always there.

I've never tried to, and so far no major comfort breaches have happened. I'm a vorefag, so I try to keep monsters with Swallow Whole attacks to a minimum despite only being interested in giantess vore.

My magical realm is world building. Like that Oglaf joke about needing a complex plot in order to get off. I need an entire world that is highly detailed with different ecosystems and nations and sapient races and at least 200 years worth of history so that there is a shit ton of context behind the characters interactions as I get myself off to fantasies of them. The characters themselves don't matter to me. The process of creating them is what gets me off. So yes, I successfully lure anons into my magical realm every day by just posting in certain threads on Veeky Forums. I actually get sexually frustrated if anons don't respond and participate in fleshing out my ideas.

I'm currently being blue balled because no one else is posting in the elf or necromancer threads. Not even the fucking OPs who created them.
