Nah, at first big players acummulate it, some times we create sell pressure to push the price down in order to accumulate it cheaper. Then when everyone is done, we create buy pressure by placing buy walls, buying asks in chunks across with small players and moving the walls forward. We keep the buy walls and sometimes dump on the new money that's coming in so we get more for the next push. There's more to that but that's the general idea of a successful pump.
