It's a longshot, but I'm looking for an old 3.5 splat/third party supplement. It had a number of artifacts, and the primary one I remember was some sort of longbow. It was located atop some sea-mount out in the middle of the ocean, guarded by a Half-Air Elemental Roc.

The bow could fire massive swarms of arrows, infuse itself with elemental magic, and a bunch of other shit.

There was also one about some sort of eagle-themed bow.

I've been looking for like, three years to find it, and I've got absolutely fucking nothing so far.

Anyone?
