Have you ever wanted to enter your RPG character into an arbitrary tournament? No? We're doing it anyway.

Fill out pic related and post your cards. When eight character cards have been submitted, the tournament will begin.

Characters will be pit against each other while fa/tg/uys vote for the best entries in a randomly selected category.

>APPEARANCE
The character's appearance. Use pictures if you have them.
>CHARACTER CONCEPT
Brief outline of the core idea behind the character.
>PERSONALITY TYPE
Brief outline of how the character interacts with the party and world.
>CROWNING MOMENT
The incredible moment from the campaign that everyone remembers.
>MEMORABLE QUOTE
Something the character said at some point that has been remembered since.

Waynen seems like a pretty chill guy, but normal, easygoing friends are a dime a dozen. Ezra is a bad boy, and while his edginess might warrant some mockery behind his back, it would make him a bit more entertaining to have around.

I mean, I submitted Ezra, he's a pretty cool guy, so he'll get my vote because of my natural bias - but because I submitted him feel free to veto this vote.

To be fair, I did a bad job at communicating any of Ezra's qualities aside from 'Ow the Edge'.

That's not exactly how I intended him, but I did describe him and that's what people got, so maybe there's something to it. It's rare you get an outside look of yourself/your own roleplaying.
I intended to play him as a bit of a scamp, but there was a lot of responsibility placed on his shoulders, and I suppose that's not really the way he ended up.
This thread is already not a waste of time!

But for the love of god please tell me y'all think Waynen has more sex appeal.

Getting an outside look in at your character can be invaluable in developing the character. It's the only reason I participate in any kind of thread like this. I really like the Waynen concept, and he seems like an all-around cool character.

Waynen seems like a friendlier dude in general, and I'm easygoing enough that it'd be easier to deal with in general. But having Ezra on my side would be handy...nah, vote for Waynen.

I'm going to lean Gallke because socially indelicate and pious to a fault are great character tropes.

Anons so far we are tied, and as Gallke's player I am going to abstain from voting. Soooooo let's see what happens next! Who will break the tie?

I think Waynen might have lost anyway but I appreciate the vote nonetheless.

My vote is Gallke. She seems like a good wingman.

On one hand, Vesh had to lapse into describing his combat style rather than his personality, although he does seem unique. On the other hand, Gallke's personality, despite being pretty solid on paper, is really typical for an Orc.
I'm going to vote Gallke simply because hers conveys a better idea of what it would be like to meet her.

I broke the tie SEVERAL SECONDS before you, but we picked the same person anyway.

I was going to say Ezra, but then reconsidered. He's more edgy than That Guy, and clearly cares about collaboration. Meanwhile, Gallke has serious lolrandumb potential.

Yes, you're probably right.
If I were to switch it around now it might influence who wins, so I'm going to randomize it.
If this post number ends in 0-5, the criteria changes to,

I sort of assume the character posters are all lurking. Hopefully someone will bump this while I'm sleeping. Or at least we'll get enough votes to declare a winner; and maybe next time we can get more people to submit.

Ezra could easily go either way. Gallke on the other hand seems like a classical kind of character, so there's little margin for error there.

There is this user, so there may not be a need. I'd say wait until it looks like the thread is definitely going to die and then double up as a last resort.
But you could also just post the other character anyway, we have no way of knowing.

Holy fuck dude, that's awesome.

I got real fucking lucky and got him to blow his legendary resistances on banish, Dominate monster and other spells. He ended up rolling a 2 without his bonus.
