Turns out with Catachans the platoon commander is just a straight upgrade. We even have an anti sniper refractor field, and ten more points to give each commander a power sword and bolter.

Now if only the codex didn't take away my shotgun Commanders.

Multiple people can see the differences between the models. The first one posted is ugly, everyone can see that, get your eyes checked.
The second one with the whip and facepaint looks okay but the third one with the guns and facepaint looks ugly too.

Her model looks pretty great, although the scale issues with existing models is annoying. I hear her crunch is good. Lorewise I'm kind of annoyed at what a mary sue she is, at least that's the impression Gathering Storm gave. She might still have potential as a character though.
