Probably 'Pure Baby" Rei Ayanami. Compared to the Pure Baby Blue version, this one has a semi-translucent nightgown.

Yeah, it has horrible weapon design. No wonder french lost in ww2.
The problems about that got mitigated by changing the pistol completely to a fw plasma pistol and removing the upper flamethrower part of the pistol. I only left a hole at the hilt part. That way it can actually enter the blade sheat.

Their chainsword designs are outright horrible too. Just a series of metal parts leading to nowhere at the top.
