>Veeky Forums is a city >everyone entering the city becomes Anonymous, gaining their faceless greenskin and suit and tie >you can dispel this effect and become a namefag by announcing your full name allowed >each board becomes a district in the city and are separated by red districts and blue districts >you can find essentially whatever you need if it pertains to that district
What would happen to the world if this were real?
Dylan Jackson
/pol/ would conquer the rest.
/thread
Ayden Robinson
It would be an orgy of murder and rape. No one would namefag due to the danger of being murder-raped. It would very quickly dissolve into a morass of horribleness and would be quickly shut down by international authorities for safety reasons.
Hudson Rivera
We'd see that the majority of Veeky Forums liked having quest threads on this board.
Matthew Jackson
So a cross between Commorragh and Ankh-Morepork
Austin Perry
The government of whatever country it spawned in would nuke it off the face of the earth.
This would be unanimously decided to be the right move.
Connor Foster
Thats what the super police known as Mods are for.
Isaiah Barnes
You mean /pol/ would be the slums where dregs of the society that would be frowned upon in other districts fight each other (although only verbally) and nothing ever gets done
Jace Clark
This. The Scenario basicly means Hive City meets Silent Hill meets Mordheim meets The Capitol meets Detroid.
Ryder Murphy
/pol/ wouldn't even be able to conquer /mlp/, let alone /k/.
Connor Lee
I find it ironic that /pol/ users are typically the first to accuse someone of being a redditor despite being almost entirely composed of them nowadays.
Adam Ramirez
They'd be in the /qst/ district tho.
It's Redditors trying to fit in by hating on Reddit.
Dylan Edwards
...
Jaxon Price
Now I'm just imagining Judge Dredd with a bandolier of hot pockets.
Logan Gray
t. Unironic and literal redditor
Kayden Baker
>He doesn't know about /mlpol/
Henry Anderson
>Discussing a setting >Quest Being a passive-aggressive little shit that bitches about them not being allowed on this board at every opportunity isn't going to bring them back. /qst/ is a board that exists, so why aren't you there?
Jonathan Thomas
And incompetent.
Hudson Watson
>/thread-ing your own post Yeah that's a /pol/ poster alright.
Honestly a city where anonymity is the norm is a pretty fun concept. Not sure how things would work out infrastructure-wise, though.
Jaxon Bell
...
Cameron James
>/pol/ >Getting off their asses to actually DO something instead of just complaining about them godless darkies and ragheads on the internet That's adorable. They'd be lucky to conquer the space between their computer and the fridge.
Sebastian Hughes
>this man is your mayor
What will he do?
What would happen to him?
Henry Baker
>What will he do? He will randomly pick facilities and move them to another city. >What would happen to him? Defenestration.
Thomas Ross
It wouldn't last a week before it blew itself up in a hilariously spectacular manner.
Isaac James
>implying A day of immigration in which the other side loses most of its shitters does not conquering make. We still have more dragon-dildo weilding rooftop Koreans.
Jonathan Reed
>Mods >Ever getting shit done Now you're just getting into fantasy land.
Juan Miller
My knowledge of the other boards is basically limited to memes/screencaps. So: >Veeky Forums all died of cough syrup chicken icecream poisoning the first week >nobody knows where the /k/ district is now - they were in the subway, but have been digging downwards ever since >/v/ is in a perpetual 3-way gang war between the fans of the three consoles >though this is nothing compared to the chaos that erupts whenever a female is spotted anywhere in the city >platform shoes sell especially well in the Veeky Forums district
Ethan Wilson
>what would happen >this would happen >[autistic reeee noise]
How are you this upset about quests
Jaxon Scott
>a district just for sexy beautiful women >a district just for handsome men >a district for yuri >a district for yaoi >a district where /gif/, /h/ and /hc/ are just fucking in the streets
What a time to be alive-
>a district of alternative hentai fucking everything in sight with everything they can
Well that killed my erection.
Nathaniel Thomas
Don't worry, we've got erections enough to share with you.
Isaiah Butler
If you want a comic where people live IRL in anonymity, try The Private Eye.
Although it does unfortunately come out after Transmetropolitan, so it feels like an imitation of that rather than its own weird thing.
Grayson Green
Don't forget >a district of men enthusiastically declaring their strong desires to fuck fictional horses and also >a district that is basically a massive emporium of illegally distributed porn, video games, porn, music, movies, and porn
Lucas Watson
I feel like /d/ would be inhabited by people who find that their fetish didn't turn so hot in real life. Like in that one manga page where women who enjoy yaoi are shown gay porn.
Lincoln Lee
There's a god damn thieves guild. A thieves district.
Jaxson Wright
>HWNDU >it's okay to be white /pol/ has done more than any other board has in years
Elijah Wilson
>epic may mays prove we're not just jacking off to frog pics all day guis!
there's a reason for the containment board, now go back there retard
Dylan Brooks
Mods are singular and restricted to their boards district, beneath them they employ janitors to, be where they can't be. Like mods janitors are instilled with some spark of power but less so than mods.
Adrian Myers
How about you kill yourself, quest-fag. Nobody wanted your shit here.
Grayson Price
will police do it for free?
Juan Cook
Tho its doesn't explore the anonymity thing that well
Easton Morales
>he doesn't know about the /mlpolk/ union. you will live long enough to see the empire of machine gun wielding nazi ponies only to die at its hooves.
Nicholas Morris
now I know you know nothing of /pol/
Julian Sanchez
i have to give that. the only other thing i've heard lately of a board managing to do was /co/ slipping in a troll letter to the fan letters on America where they compared it to watching The Room. And that's shit in reaction to everyone screeching over "it's okay to be white."
Adam Johnson
>a district that is basically a massive emporium of illegally distributed porn, video games, porn, music, movies, and porn
RIP >>>/rs/
Charles Morales
T. T_D Faggot Twitter fag
Alexander Long
>How about you kill yourself, quest-fag. Nobody wanted your shit here. That explains why 90% of Veeky Forums was quest threads.
Jeremiah Moore
It was more like 80% and honestly, it was a detriment to discussion other than generals surviving. Every time some SUPER HAREM QUEST 59 popped up it'd kill a thread that no one probably saw because quests absolutely devoured the front page and half of the catalog. People like quests on Veeky Forums, but it consumed the board, and the move to /qst/ was a good one. This is mostly in reply to than what you had to say to the kill yourself guy. It's not a matter of liking it, it's a matter of what Veeky Forums really was. Was it a quest dump or a discussion for traditional games? And the answer is clear.
Mason Hill
>the Veeky Forums district is well known for their middle-class of merchants and artisans >Prone to arguing and debating over the smallest things from prices of plastic to methods of recording and transportation of goods and services >Will VERY occasionally produce works of great beauty and value >Has more or less business-like relations with other districts
Carson Ward
With the exception of their sister district /quest/ which at times they have treated as a colony of lepers.
Dominic Gonzalez
Like fucking clockwork.
Veeky Forums planet again now with a new smaller scale? No thanks. It was shit the last 15 or so times this retarded idea was used for a setting.
Andrew Myers
/pol/ would try to invade a neighboring district and then get shat on by /int/ or something. They would then start trying to get immigrants from nearby Reddit City to bolster their numbers and try again later.
Charles Taylor
...
Brandon Rogers
The point is you're retards. It's not a specific stereotype.
Evan Sanders
So is /b/ the punks, and all other boards the corporations of some kind?
Jason Stewart
I would imagine that Veeky Forums district hits this weird, comfy middle ground of middle-class consumerism with just enough hints of magic-like things keeping it afloat (some mix of fantasy, sci-fi, cyberpunk, and psionic) to the point where they eventually get asked to be the "middleman" between two other board districts when goods or deals need to exchange hands.
And for some reason, the landscape/architecture in Veeky Forums district is always weirdly pristine, even if it looks like a shit hole slum.
Jordan Nelson
>/mlp/ would be a torn-up ghetto, painted all kinds of bright and cheery color despite this. Any on looker could tell of the massive three-way gangwar that has plagued the district for years. It seems everyone living there is part of The FiM Purists, The EQGfags, or The Shitposers, all of them fighting for complete control of what few writefags and drawfags remain.
Asher Gray
For everyone else its mad max meets blade runner for jackie Veeky Forums its simcity.
Angel Martinez
they would be murder-fucked first day, you would have bloody fucking anarchy within hours with only certain groups banding together to hold what they could by force of arms
Isaac Jenkins
Speaking of hellscapes does anyone have an archive for that urban horror thread? It was like a massive spooky building with ghosts, creeping darkness. The op pic for it was a massive , degraded circular apartment building like a megacity or something.
Kevin Kelly
I'm not upset about quests; hell, I was introduced to Veeky Forums through quests like Nearfuture Cyborg. I'm just sick of people going "Veeky Forums IS THE WORST BOARD EVER NOW THAT QUESTS AREN'T ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!" every time the word "quest" is mentioned or something that vaguely resembles a quest thread comes up.
Henry Anderson
You must be /new/ if you're trying this hard
Carter Hall
/b/ is the nightclub turned insane asylum
Aaron Nelson
Everyone has bane masks
Brody Richardson
The city would be dumpster fire, just like this thread Pic is the only option left with a such a city
Jose Sanders
/out/ and /k/ probably have a half decent chance of suvival Veeky Forums would do quite well if every one stopped calling engineers gay, and if the engineers stopped sucking each others dicks
Kevin Gomez
Veeky Forums acts tough but most of us are socially challenged people.
It’d be a city of just LGS and small fights.
pol would likely implode, so would /v/.
/b/ has been imploded for as long as it has existed.
We would probably team up with his, k, sci, x, and lit.
Nicholas Miller
Yeah Veeky Forums has the "you don't need the other boards" advantage, where it has the broadest appeal to the sort of people who go on Veeky Forums. Hell, we might have to become the people holding the whole damn city together as negotiators. I can't think of a board who has more hard experience of socializing and problem solving than Veeky Forums.
Caleb Russell
It's probably among the most diverse boards
Logan Wright
We roll for diplomacy
Carter Young
though at least the 4ccp would be played live, so we would see the Emprah in person.
Liam Ross
just testing something Veeky Forums cup
Dylan Taylor
strange I was being told by Veeky Forums that my posts were spam, till I removed Veeky Forums cup from them.
Blake Russell
>It was more like 80% lol
>Every time some SUPER HAREM QUEST 59 popped up it'd kill a thread that no one probably saw because it was at the bottom of page 11 Fixed
>it was a detriment to discussion other than generals surviving. Yeah, about that...
John Baker
Wait, we have gork right?
Don’t we have the strongest people ever on our team? Or does /a/ or /co/ have some bullcrap people.
It makes me think we should put Azathoth on our team
Matthew Brooks
/d/ is actually one of the most controlled and even civil districts
Meh. We're probably way above the average, seriously.
Ayden Harris
...
Adrian Miller
>hey guise wouldn't it be cool if everybody broke global rule 2 on a global scale all the fucking time No, it'd be fucking gay, even more than OP.
Caleb Fisher
Global rule 2 is no-one under the age of 18? I'd think it would be easier to pick out people who were breaking it. Its damn hard for everyone to break it all the time.
Oliver Morgan
Anyone in Veeky Forums City who's under 18 is going to get picked up_ pretty quickly.
Samuel Green
Tgians are hired frequently as middle men, always referring to themselves as Mr. Smith. When, pushed for info. They maintain a did my neutral stance or at least pretend to.
Connor Howard
>/pol/ does nothing >The board who literally pulls of the most shenanigans in recent Veeky Forums history
That board would literally be the trolly cunts of the city. Literal shitposters that when formed up gets shit done. Kinda like 40k orkz.
William Harris
/b/ is a degenerate wasteland all around the city, lining the side of the highways in and out.
Angel Myers
Yea, however they would be totally useless compared to the other boards.
Veeky Forums could get literally anything from a traditional game. /co/ could get literally anything from a comic or cartoon /pol/ gets politics or something
If we get fictional stuff, us, co, a, and x are going to be nuts.
If we don’t, /k/ will take the whole city because they can get guns.
Jason Nguyen
>/d/ is actually one of the most controlled and even civil districts Pic related, I bet.
Also, is it me, or is tg weirdly related to d on a tangential sort of way? I know for a fact that sci is pol pretending to be smart, but besides those 2 are there other unexpected relations between the districts?
Austin Ortiz
Basically Judge Dredd but not really bothering to figure out who's right/wrong. Just sees a fight breaking out and will sometimes do nothing, sometimes shoot one of them, sometimes just call in an air strike to level the block. Completely depends on his mood
Colton Reed
/pol/ would be 99% infighting and 1% random /pol/tards wandering into other districts and just blowing shit up Basically /pol/, in a moment of extreme irony, IS the Middle East
Noah Ramirez
Veeky Forums and Veeky Forums have a weird relationship. Mainly because Veeky Forums are convinced Veeky Forums are the only board that has people whom fashion would actually look good on. There is the FLGS crew, Veeky Forums,/m/, /co/ and /toy/. /int/ and Veeky Forums cross polinate alot.
Mason Ross
You can tangentially relate pretty much anything to politics. People do it all the time.
Aaron Jenkins
How will he ever recover?
Jaxon Butler
I don't know how the /int/ district would function. The entire board exists to shitpost about other countries, but now that they all share one city it could go one of two ways:
/int/ would tear itself apart based on previous nationality and make a load of smaller districts separate from each other.
The district would unite in shitposting about other boards instead of focusing on nationality.
Jeremiah Stewart
Veeky Forums is fantasy roleplayers
/d/ is "fantasy" roleplayers
Juan Wright
Years ago /d/ was the closest board to Veeky Forums, but that's a relic more than anything now.
Anthony Foster
>you can find essentially whatever you need if it pertains to that district How much fantasy are we talking here?
For instance, if you can find actual pokemon in the /vp/ district, the entire city is going to get overrun by normies.
Grayson Richardson
our wst and many of its disgusting posters migrated to d a couple years back.
Cooper Morris
>He doesn't know global rule 2 Get out newfag.
Nathaniel Reed
>Complains about rules >Pretty enthusiastically breaks rule 3
Blake Foster
>He worships the mods and rules >He doesn't know any of the global rules or which I'm talking about Reddit's that-a-way, nigger.
Aaron Morris
[s4s] would be topsy-turvy and surrealistic. It would have its own laws of physics, metaphysics and logic that are distinct from the rest of the city (and perhaps even world)
Leo Barnes
>>nobody knows where the /k/ district is now - they were in the subway, but have been digging downwards ever since >/k/ just becomes Poleis
Ryder Wright
>/k/ district regularly hires out armed mercenary /k/onvoys to escort people in and out of the city
