Here's a temple map I made using Dungeon Painter. Always looking for pointers.

Looks pretty good, though the saturation on some of the plants is a bit high.
Assuming it's an abandoned temple, I might add a bit of rubble or pools of brackish water to break up the uniformity of the stones.
How hard is dungeon painter to use?

Not too hard at all. I'm pretty amateur, and I've been able to make maps that I don't entirely hate. My main problem is that I get sick of my designs halfway through, and start over a lot.
If I'd have a complain about Dungeon Painter, is that it can be a little difficult to sort layers if you're not meticulous about it early on. Sometimes new layers appear at spots on the layer order where you neither expect them nor want them to be. Otherwise, I'm having fun.
