depends on if you want more poses variety. I magnetized only the weapons on my suits and it worked fine. Get a dynamic poses that pleases you with blue tac before glueing.
The advantage of magnetizing only weapons/options is that it's really easy to do. Crisis already have little trenches/holes in the shoulders/arm that can be enlarged for magnets to fit in. I personally used 2.5mm diameters 1mm height magnets N52 magnets, for a nice satisfying grip.

After magnetizing a Carnifex (all weapons, all weapon configs, 3 carapace, 6 heads, 2 tails) I just want to say that don't.
Just magnetize whatever does different things on the field (supports, weapons)

Stuff being out of stock is going to keep being a problem for literally everyone until some point next year, and any models that don't sell enough to justify taking time up on the machines are basically soft-squatted at this point.

They were prodigiously strong and aggressive, but weren't made to last. They were hopped up on combat stims that even Space Marines wouldn't be able to tolerate, the counter point being that their bodies just could not withstand this along with their bio-enhancements. Fine if you have to win a battle at all costs, piss poor if you need your troops to last long term like you might on a crusade. Man for man they probably do have the advantage over SMs, though they couldn't match the SM for experience as they have a habit of keeling over long before they could ever gain such.
