For the other optoin I think you're thinking of Hexographer with the extra costly 1e world style icons tileset, here's a key for the software: 4976660055524560. Not a fan of it since the Java GUI always wants to bug out for me and Hex-Kit does everything I care about.

I'd like to request the new Dungeon Fantasy RPG (powered by Gurps). The PDFs are available now, but $40 is way too steep of a price to pay for digital. (Especially since that's about what I'm paying for the print version.)
