tl;dr i want a companion for my mage that is based around water.
OKAY I'm playing a mage with water/ice and Creation abilities, so i plan on creating a companion using water/ice theme. but the only thing i can think of is a water elemental with basic water/ice abilities. i dont know a lot of creatures i dont read a lot of books, does anyone know any creatures that could fit the bill? or somewhere i could look?
i have very few limits on what i can possibly create, my biggest limit is power of the thing, and my imagination.
i can even create non organic material for this thing if i need.

Keep it in a jar, or have something like a Kelpie or Knucker

Ahh, apologies. I'm playing Anima Behyond Fantasy but not in the base setting, my GM has a stranger more high fantasy setting where just about any monster or creature could possibly exist, he usually just makes up his own monsters and we fight those.
