Only a couple of times, and only because it was instigated by in-session play itself. Otherwise, no, not really.
The first time it happened because my character explicitly had sex with his newfound drider waifu, who would later become his actual wife. It was handled tastefully by fading to black, but it eventually got me thinking about how a uniquely pious, Lawful Neutral elf cleric would want to have sex with a many legged and much larger than himself drow woman. I think it ended with the thought that he might enjoy being held upside down while doing the deed.
However, the second time it happened because my character, a female centaur, had her sexuality directly called into question by her clairsentient mother. Basically, as the chieftan's daughter, she used to sleep around a bit with any of her fellow raiders that could best her (or nearly best her) in competition or combat. However, having given all that up in recent years and turned to her passion as a cook, her mother pretty much assumed she was a lesbian. Which, after denying the allegations, again got me thinking about the means of her past acts. I imagined she was particularly rough in the sack.
Not really I found this on here once. Showed my group and now all of our characters have kinks. We rarely bring it up in game but we'll poke fun at each other out of game. Like how the quiet half-elf fighter who just wants to save his wife is into having multiple partners
I'm trying to figure out how this is meant to be used. I'm seeing "Table A" on both a column and a row, it seems, which is a bit confusing. And step 1 tells you to roll 1d10+X, and then never says what this roll is used for. I can only assume the two rolls are meant to determine row and column, with the column-choice based on the far left column, but that's awfully strange formatting.

Isn't this a fairly common fantasy for people, though? Clearly it's societally extreme and unacceptable to actually carry out, but plenty of people are into it, and it's a frequent topic of roleplay (the non-tabletop kind). It at least seems more common than things like Enemas and Cuckolding.

You're misreading the chart. First roll is for the column and the modifications for alignment shift chaotic/evil down the chart. Lower numbers lead to higher letters, which trend towards the nastier. You have to be either chaotic or evil to even reach column H, quick is peak squick.

My PC is an aug'd-up war vet/henchman from a broken home, living on the road and on the run from flesh puritan cultists who would see him dead. He is a literal murderhobo, henching for rent and food money in an underpoliced East Coast town. If he's ever had sex, it's been a good long while since then. He's more concerned with having a place to sleep or not having a price on his head than he is getting a tight hole for the night. That's not the kind of game I'm running.
