I know it's official art, but it has a certain type to it that I want to find more of for a FATE game I'm running that is inspired from classic ff & other jpegs like it. It's a similar style as classic Castlevania too, so I figured that style had a name

Yeah that's a good fit, I feel like 20 STR Elves should be less bulky than Human Barbarians but significantly more cut, like Bruce Lee but with a bit more bulk, whereas high level Human/Half Orc Barbarians are more like your typical roided up bodybuilder off season.
These are all for more of Fantasy games than "realistic" mind you, otherwise they'd likely look more like real life strongmen with a layer of body fat.
