Would you recommend GSC to a new player? I play skaven in AOS, but that new battleforce looks pretty sick, especially the HQ.

PBC need a lord to sit with them, preferably with arch-contaminator warlord trait. Each rapier crewman dropped to only 10 points so you are also saving 6 points for each rapier total.
I'd say it really depends. Crawlers are super tough a nd can survive going 2nd, while your rapier aren't really so it depends on the rest of the army.
