Well, he is supposed to be the best among the most talented individual warriors in the Imperium. He SHOULD be better than Draigo statwise, but I can't see any big advantage beside the usual S/T5 since Initiative is gone and WS is know a silly, flavourless flat roll. The gear will really make the difference IMO.

Custodes are even bulkier than Astartes.The miniature would be a lil' too big for a normal human. It's up to you.
